By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Agreement: A binding contract between SKULPTORIA and the Client concerning the purchase of one or more products, governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Client: Any individual or business entity placing an order through the Site.
1.3 Site: The SKULPTORIA website – www.skulptoria.com.
1.4 Products: All items made available for purchase on the Site, including lash and brow growth conditioning serums.
1.5 Terms: These General Terms and Conditions, including all linked policies and notices.
2. SCOPE
2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements made through the Site unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Any alternate terms or conditions proposed by the Client are valid only if expressly accepted in writing by SKULPTORIA.
3. PRICING & INFORMATION
3.1 All prices displayed include VAT (where applicable) and are listed in the currency shown on the Site.
3.2 Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout and are billed separately from product prices.
3.3 While we strive for accuracy, SKULPTORIA is not liable for typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or incomplete product descriptions. We reserve the right to amend errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. FORMATION OF AGREEMENT
4.1 A contract is formed once the Client places an order by clicking “Buy” and SKULPTORIA confirms the purchase via an electronic confirmation.
4.2 Orders may be declined at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
4.3 If incorrect or incomplete information is provided at checkout, SKULPTORIA reserves the right to pause order processing until updated details are received.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
5.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
5.2 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@skulptoria.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the item or arrange a refund, provided the product remains in its original, unopened packaging.
5.3 Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
6. PRODUCT SAFETY & USE
6.1 Our lash and brow serums are formulated with high-quality, clinically supported ingredients. However, results may vary by individual.
6.2 Always perform a patch test before first use. If irritation or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
6.3 Products are for external use only and must not be applied to broken or irritated skin or used in or near the eyes.
6.4 Store products in a cool, dry place — think shade, not sunshine.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 We accept secure payment via major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
7.2 All transactions are processed in the currency listed on the Site. Any applicable conversion fees are the Client’s responsibility.
7.3 Payment is due at the time of order. SKULPTORIA may cancel or hold orders that are unpaid or suspected of fraud.
8. DELIVERY
8.1 We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
8.2 SKULPTORIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
8.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details. SKULPTORIA is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
8.4 Risk of loss and title to Products passes to the Client upon delivery.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 SKULPTORIA shall only be liable for direct damage arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the total value of the product purchased.
9.3 We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or third-party claims, unless required by law.
10. GENERAL TERMS
10.1 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
10.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will govern that purchase.
10.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which SKULPTORIA operates. Disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
